STRENGTH, HYPERTROPHY & NUTRITION COACH
I became a trainer at 20 because fitness changed everything. How I moved, how I felt, how I showed up. It gave me a clearer sense of who I was, and I've spent the five years since helping others find that same thing.
I specialize in strength, hypertrophy, and nutrition. What that looks like in practice: clients who came to me with nagging injuries they had learned to live around start moving without pain. People who had stopped trusting their own bodies learn to train with intention. Clothes fit differently. Energy shows up in places it had not been in years.
The work that has shaped me most has been at Zooz Fitness in Woodland Hills, an adaptive and inclusive gym where I lead group classes and train individuals with varying disabilities. Watching someone who struggles to get out of bed show up consistently, week after week, and leave with a completely new relationship to their own body. That is not background noise for me. That is the whole point.
It has taught me that results come from patience, consistency, and actually being present for the person in front of you.

One in-person session per week focused on form, intensity, and goals, plus a personalized program and nutrition guidance with meal plans and macros. Form videos anytime and ongoing support when you need it.
